Beautiful natural aqamarine stone set in a recycled solid sterling silver tension bangle, hallmarked by the Sheffield Assay Office. Inner circumfrence 16 cm. Stone 26 x 14 mm.
Aquamarine, known as the 'gem of the sea', the name itself coming from the Latin words for 'water' and 'sea', which is reflected in its beautiful colours which range from pale blue to deep blue-green. Aquamarine symbolises courage and is believed to enhance communication and promote emotional healing.
